Can’t sign in
Forgotten password, lost 2-Step Verification device or an account you think was compromised.

Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send a link to choose a new password. Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else.
Stuck in a kids profile
Open the account menu and choose Leave kids profile (or Turn off Kids Mode). Enter your parent PIN — or select Use your account password instead if you forgot it. See Kids profiles and the parent PIN.
Think someone else got in?
- Reset your password right away.
- Review where you’re signed in and sign out of every other session.
- Check your channel for changes you didn’t make and review recent security activity.
If you can’t get back in, contact us from the email address on the account.
