When you use Tugel, you trust us with your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

This policy explains what information Tugel collects when you use our websites, apps and embedded players, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service, keep it safe and make it useful to you.
You can review your data and download a copy at any time from Your data in Tugel, and change most privacy settings in Settings → Privacy.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to certain processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
We keep information for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Service. Content you delete is removed from the Service promptly and from our backups within a limited period. Some information, such as payment records, is kept longer where the law requires it.
We protect information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and parent PINs, access controls and continuous monitoring. You can help by using a unique password and reviewing where you are signed in. 2-Step Verification is coming soon.
Tugel is not intended for children under 13 to have their own account. A parent can give a child a kids profile under the parent's account: it shows only channels approved for kids, has comments and chat turned off, and is left with the parent PIN or the account password. Videos marked as made for kids have personalized features — like comments, notifications and personalized ads — turned off for everyone who watches them.
We will notify you before making material changes to this policy. Questions? Contact us or write to support@tugel.com.
